Lisa V. Arrington
Director of Production Services/
Creative Director
Lisa Arrington's career in creative management began at the Mingo Group, a segment-market advertising agency, where she worked on the production of numerous OBIO nominated and awarded print, radio and TV campaigns.
In early 2000, Lisa formed her own artist management and production company, Totem Productions, LLC. Her company managed several national level jazz artists, including Trombonist, Wycliffe Gordon, former principal member of Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra.
In a recent role, Lisa worked in production management at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the sixth largest performing arts center in the United States. Lisa was responsible for the production management and direction of stage shows featuring many greats such as B.B. King, Alice Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, McCoy Tyner, Chris Botti, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, Savion Glover, KEM, Corinne Bailey Ray, John Legend, and numerous others.
The latest effort in her prodigious career, Lisa was handpicked to serve as Associate Casting Director for the controversial bio-pic "Notorious", the Fox Searchlight Pictures' production of the life-story of the late Rapper, Christopher "Notorious B.I.G." Wallace. Additionally, she also worked on part casting for Fox Searchlight Picture features "Secret Life of Bees and the 2010 Academy Award nominated, "The Blindside".
Lisa provides a qualifiable creative aesthetic and vision as the Director of Production Services/Creative Director of Totem Entertainment Network.
Patricia A. Blair
Marketing Director
Patricia Blair is the Marketing Director for Totem Entertainment Network. Ms. Blair has been involved with media and marketing for over 12 years. Pat spent several years in the advertising industry, initially in business development with Gannett Outdoor, one of the nations largest outdoor advertising media companies at the time. She then moved on to the OAAA where she managed marketing for the most prestigious award show in the industry, the CLIO Awards.
Pat worked on the agency side of media before returning to the non-profit sector with her work first as Program Manager for the Young Artist Talent Search and then as Sales and Marketing Manager for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the nation's sixth largest performing arts center. Pat managed marketing and sales efforts for the education division of NJPAC. She successfully grew participation in their Young Artist Talent Search 46% in two years. She then became the face of Arts Education to the media. Ms. Blair's key talents are in concept development, recognizing co-opting opportunities, and the ability to build client confidence.
